Suva High Court Judge Justice, Salesi Temo will deliver a ruling on the bail application for Bharat Lal, one of the accused charged with the murder of Salesh Prakash whose body was found in Sawani Serea road in Nausori last month.
Lal's lawyer had made a bail application which was to be considered today however, Justice Temo said he will deliver a ruling on 3rd August. Lal who has been charged with two others were granted bail last week with strict bail conditions however, Lal was not granted bail since his wife had earlier claimed that Lal had threatened to kill her when he came out of custody.
He has been further remanded in custody.
Bharat Lal, Jayant Lal and Moreen Lata have been charged with the murder of Salesh Prakash last month.
