High Court Judge Justice Daniel Goundar will deliver his ruling in the case of former Commissioner Central Inoke Devo who has been found guilty of three counts of abuse of office.

The former Commissioner Central was charged with nine counts of abuse of office and official corruption however the three assessors found Devo guilty of only three counts of abuse of office as they returned with a split decision yesterday.

On the 3rd, 7th and 9th count of abuse of office, the assessors found Devo guilty of the charges.

However on the 4th, 5th and 6th count of official corruption the three assessors found Devo not guilty.

The assessors although could not come to an unanimous verdict in regards to the 2nd count of official corruption, coming back with two not guilty verdicts and one guilty verdict.

On the 8th count of abuse of office charge the three assessors returned with two not guilty verdicts and one guilty verdict.

High Court Judge Justice Daniel Goundar will deliver his judgement this morning at 10am.
