As some the draft Charter consultations gain momentum, the interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama had stressed that it is not the job of the provincial councils in the country to say that they reject the draft People's Charter.
With some provincial councils maintaining that they do not support the Charter process, Bainimarama said the councils should remember that they are an arm of government.
Bainimarama will be at Churchill Park from 1pm today to speak to the people of Lautoka about the draft Charter.
