The Lami Town Council administrator said they are now concentrating on improving the drainage in the Lami area.
Administrator Vijendra Prakash said in its effort to uplift the town, they have improved some of the road conditions in the Lami area and more development is expected to be seen in months to come.
He added that they are also meeting with ratepayers who owe rates and has urged ratepayers to pay their rates as they depend heavily on the same rates.
