The Ba Provincial Council is expected to meet at the end of this month and high on the agenda is the appointment of a new chairman.
Vice Chairman Taukei Navo Ratu Meli Saukuru said there are important issues in the agenda which need to be discussed amongst the members of the province.
Meanwhile, a chairman will be appointed to replace the Tui Tavua Ratu Ovini Bokini who passed away early this year.
The two day meeting will be held on the 29th and 30th of April at the Hotel 2000 in Lautoka.
