The Consumer Council of Fiji will be talking to the retailers this evening about selling quality items during Suva on Sale which starts this Saturday.
Council Chief Executive Officer Premila Kumar said people look forward to this time of the year and they deserve good quality items unlike the previous years.
Meanwhile, the president of Suva Retailers Association Himmat Lodhia said the retailers have been advised to sell quality stuff and a team will be going around checking the items being sold during the Suva on Sale week.
Suva on Sale starts this Saturday.
