It will be a Test match between two nations with different game plans when the Flying Fijians rugby team takes on Wales in Cardiff.

Wales coach Warren Gatland have told his players the way to approach this is the same way the All Blacks, South Africa and particularly Australia do when they play the likes of Fiji or Samoa.

They make sure their forwards are really direct and then go and play some rugby.

Fiji manager Talemo Waqa said that coach Samu Domoni Jnr will not rely on what happened in the 2007 Rugby World Cup this morning as he has told his players that this is a chance to prove they can be in the team to New Zealand next year.

Talemo added the Fiji team is in their best shape to show Wales that what happened 3 years ago can be repeated.

Fiji will take on Wales at 8.30am.
