The Nadi Weather Office has called on people living in low lying areas, mostly in the western and northern parts of the main islands, to take precaution as a flash flood warning is still in place.
Director Rajendra Prasad said a trough of low pressure still lies over Viti Levu and is expected to move to the north which will bring continuous heavy rain.
Heavy rain continues in parts of the western and central division.
