It has not been confirmed whether the Ministerial Contact Group, including the Australian Minister Stephen Smith and his New Zealand counterpart Winston Peters, will be meeting with political parties today.
It has been confirmed that the group will have their last round of meetings today at the Forum Secretariat however, it has not been determined with whom.
The National Federation Party had confirmed to Fijivillage yesterday afternoon that they were invited to meet with the group today at 10.30 at the Forum Secretariat while Ousted Opposition Leader Mick Beddoes confirmed he had been invited however a time and place of the meeting had not been confirmed.
The Ministerial Contact Group, as part of their program are to meet with Peter Afeare, PNG High Commissioner to Fiji and Chairman of the Joint Forum Working Group at 10.30 this morning with a press conference on Fiji's situation at 2.30 this afternoon.
