As families now contemplate investing their year’s savings into purchasing various luxury items, the Fair Trading Department is calling on consumers to make an informed decision before spending their money.
Director Fair Trading Collin Lewis told Village News that they often see people buy items, only to discover it is defective or of very poor quality.
Lewis said in the Christmas shopping frenzy, it is vital that consumers do not overlook small details or they would regret it later.
