Residents are frustrated and fed up with the constant water cuts they are experiencing on a daily basis.
Davuilevu resident Rajesh Prasad said they are given excuse after excuse on why there is no water.
Prasad said when they call the Water Department to complain the reasons given are pipe leaks, broken pumps and low reservoir levels.
He said all they want is an efficient water supply.
Delainavesi resident Sef Wood said the water cuts are making their lives difficult and something should be done.
Meanwhile, the Water Supply Department has revealed that the continuous water disruptions being experienced in the Lami and Delainavesi areas is due to ageing equipment.
Spokesperson Maika Nagalu said one of their pumps at the Savura pumping station that is constantly breaking down, causing the frequent water cuts is more than 30 years old.
