The conspiracy to murder case regarding the Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama, former Finance Minister Mahendra Chaudhry and Attorney General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum, has been adjourned to 9am tomorrow after the Suva High Court received word that the second State witness could not come in.

Justice Maddigan expressed concern at the revelation and told Tonganivalu to check on the seriousness of Major Narawa's illness.

After finding out details, Toganivalu told Justice Maddigan that Major Narawa could not come as he was admitted in hospital.
