Ousted Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase's senior legal counsel, Tevita Fa said he will clarify with the High court registry today on the actual date when his client’s case against the Army Commander and the Military is expected to resume.
Fa said they were notified last week that the interlocutory motions will be discussed in January next year before the actual trial starts on 4th March, 2008.
He said he has been informed that some changes have been made by the high court registry on which he will get the full details by late this afternoon.
