Concerns have been raised on how the executives of the Fiji Nursing Association will be able to manage and to accommodate needs for family members of the nurses who are into the 5th day of their strike today.
General Secretary, Kuini Lutua says there is enough money in their savings to be spread amongst FNA members at the different picketing sites. Lutua is adamant that members will be assisted financially when the need arises.
Lutua adds that nurses from Dubai, Australia, USA and New Zealand have shown their support by sending cash donations to assist the nurses for their food, refreshments and other amenities.
