Concentration will be the key to winning the George 7s tournament in South Africa this weekend.
Digicel Fiji 7s Coach Iliesa Tanivula said they hope to do well and go past the semifinal stages.
Tanivula said during training runs, he has asked players to concentrate every minute while on the field, because in a game of 7s rugby, which is only for 14 minutes, anything can happen in seconds.
New Zealand 7s Coach Gordon Tietjens finally put a smile on his face when they won the Dubai 7s title last weekend. He said the difference in his team this year is the support from experienced players to the younger players.
The George 7s tournament kicks off tomorrow evening. Fiji's opening pool match will be against Portugal early Saturday morning at 12:10.
