The Fiji Islands Revenue and Customs Authority, while urging people to complete their tax return forms before the deadline next month, said people need to fill in the correct details in their forms.

Chief Executive Officer Jitoko Tikolevu said they are working towards one week timelines in processing the returns and this is proving positive however delays occur when people fill in the wrong details.

Tikolevu said it is very important that people have the right information as mistakes could prove costly.
