Fiji Airways CEO and Managing Director Stefan Pichler admits they need to re-look at their customer management relations.

This is after Fijivillage raised the issue that a number of complaints have been posted on the Fiji Airways facebook page that their customer service is poor.

Pichler said he is looking into this and said it is more about getting the working floor organised now.


He said their customer service also needs to address the complaints within 24 to 48 hours. 

According to Pichler it is also about leadership and if he takes the lead in this step he hopes others will do the right thing.
