Outgoing Managing Director and CEO of Air Pacific, John Campbell said Fiji's international carrier is doing all it can to ensure that it continues to boost the passenger levels despite the competition.
Campbell said with new airlines servicing Fiji, competition is really high in the airline industry.
Campbell said hopes are high that things will continue to improve this year despite the substantial loss for the 2009 and 2010 financial year.
He said he wanted to leave on a high note with a profit for Air Pacific but it could not be done due to a number of factors.
He confirmed that Air Pacific will soon introduce it's Boeing 787 services.
