The Commissioner of Police expects to see changes within the Police Force in the next thirty days.
At the closing ceremony of weeklong Police Symposium Brigadier General Iowane Naivalarua said that much has been said and done and now a lot is expected from the police officers.
He also stressed on the importance of taking the organisation forward.
Meanwhile he added that the number of complaints received against police services is minor but it remains a serious matter.
The symposium ended at the Police Academy yesterday.
