The Commerce Commission has forwarded the findings of its investigations into the domestic airline industry to the Attorney General's Office who is also the Minister for Trade.
Commission Chairman Dr. Mahendra Reddy said he also met with the new Chief Executive of Air Pacific and the report is now with the Minister.
The Commission was tasked to examine whether Pacific Sun or any other operator has Substantial Market Power in the domestic market.
The Commission also invited written submission from Pacific Sun, Northern Airline Charter Services Limited and other stakeholders and the general public on the issues.
