The Fiji Audio Visual Commission will now be approaching Government to set up more incentives such as more zoning sites like the USP Visual City for more movie directors to be attracted into the country.
This is the comment of the director for the Commission, Dan Bolea who said that with the Commission now looking at expanding their work, they will have to think of what the country has in terms of infrastructure.
Meanwhile, Bolea added they have kick started this process by exploring the potential of locals especially youths through the Kula Film Awards.
The public will be able to see some of the handiwork of young students today as the 2008 TFL Kula Awards will be screened on television and they will be able to text whom they think is the best.
