The Commerce Commission has made it clear that it will not release the Fiji Rugby Union World Cup lottery tickets and other documents they seized in the raids last December.
Commission Chairman, Doctor Mahendra Reddy confirmed that they had earlier agreed to release the lottery tickets the FRU however the rugby union now wants to continue with it's case against the commission in court.
Meanwhile the case continues in the High Court.
