The High Court is expected to hear the case tomorrow in relation to the Commerce Commission taking legal action against the Fiji Football Association and Fiji Television Limited on exclusive coverage of the Courts IDC on their Pay Per View channel.
Commerce Commission Chairman, Doctor Mahendra Reddy said they have filed the action based on the Commerce Act, and conditions attached for the live soccer coverage on the channel.
The case will be called tomorrow as certain submissions have to be filed before the first mention.
