Ousted Leader of Opposition Mick Beddoes has confirmed that he based his comments that the Interim Prime Minister may abrogate the Constitution to legalize the Draft People's Charter on rumours.
Beddoes has welcomed Commodore Bainimarama's comments that there are no such plans.
Beddoes also raised concern on bad remarks passed by Commodore Bainimarama.
