The Fiji Seconadry School's Athletics Association and Coca Cola Amatil, have decided take a different route for this year's Coca Cola Light Games.

Previously one of the top athlete was given the honours to light the Cauldron after the official opening, to kick start the Games officially.

But this year, FSSAA secretary Vuli Waqa says the new General Manager of Coca Cola Amatil, Andrew Preece will be given the honours to lit the cauldron.

Preece who is born in England but spent most of his life staying in New Zealand for the past 18 years, replaced Ian Furlong.
