The Digicel Fiji Sevens coaching staff will have to wait on the medical report of the current players who are injured before they will make a decision on the training squad for the next leg of the IRB Sevens Series.

Players who are injured at the moment include, Setefano Cakau, Livai Ikanikoda and Jimilai Nakaidawa.

Nakaidawa is ruled out of the NZ and USA Sevens while for Cakau and Ikanikoda, there is a slight possibility that they could recover in time to be in the team.

The New Zealand Sevens will be played on the 3rd and 4th February in Wellington.
