The Digicel Fiji 7's coaching staff together with the Fiji Military Force training personnel are working overtime at the Army Training Ground in Nasinu helping the Fiji 7's team to improve their communication skills and helping individual players to learn how to work as a team.

Speaking to Fijivillage Sports after their second training run this afternoon Manager Opetaia Ravai said the players have adapted well to the new training method which should help them in Hong Kong.

The Fiji 7's team will wrap up their training in FTG today and will be back in camp at the Peninsula Hotel tomorrow.

The side will leave our shores next week for the Hong Kong 7's on Friday to Sunday.

Fiji is in Pool F with Zimbabwe, Wales and Korea.
