Digicel Fiji 7s assistant coach, Timoci Wainiqolo said he will talk to the head coach, Alifereti Dere to drop the idea of playing before any of the IRB 7s series tournaments.
Wainiqolo said Fiji 7s players were more focused on winning the local tournament rather than putting their concentration for the New Zealand 7s.
Wainiqolo has also revealed the new players that went with the team to the New Zealand 7s were shocked and this is one of the reason we saw one of the worst performances from our team.
He added some of the players did not meet their standard.
