Head of the Technical and Support Secretariat John Samy said Rajendra Chaudhry and Mick Beddoes should ask the National Council for Building a Better Fiji whether his services are required.
When contacted this afternoon, Samy said he does not intend to debate the matter as he has much work still to do.
Earlier today, Rajendra Chaudhry said Samy’s services are no longer required by Fiji and now that the draft Charter is ready, the interim government should stop paying him a hefty salary.
Ousted Opposition Leader Mick Beddoes reiterated Samy should get a reduction in pay.
