It needs to be clarified that consultations are ongoing with regards to the Contractual Term arrangement and the Performance Management System.
These are the words of Public Service Commission Chairman Rishi Ram in light of claims by Public Sector Unions that they had not been consulted on the Contractual Term Arrangement and PMS.
When asked by Fijivillage News on what would happen if Unions do not agree to the two arrangements after consultations are completed, Ram had this to say:
