Fijian born Petero Civoniceva will be playing his 33rd and last State of Origin game tomorrow.

Civoniceva who is from Nacula, Yasawa will match up with New South Wales prop Tim Grant who will be the toughest front rower in this years State of Origin.

Civoniceva started his NRL career with the Brisbane Broncos from 1998 to 2007, he joined the Penrith Panthers in 2008 to 2011 and joined the Broncos again this year.

Civoniceva said it is about time that he hangs his big boots.


In 2009 Civoniceva broke the record for most international matches for Australia for any forward in history and was awarded to the Australian Fijian rugby league player of the year.

Meanwhile, New South Wales will face Queensland at 10pm tomorrow.
