The Public Service Commission (PSC) has announced that the civil service will continue as normal today.
Permanent Secretary Parmesh Chand has confirmed this morning that those civil servants who have not been affected by floods and Tropical Cyclone Mick are to report to work.
He said however, those civil servants who have been affected by floods and the cyclone can stay home and look after their families.
He said people can expect normal services today.
