The Public Service Commission has confirmed that civil servants will recover the one percent salary from the five percent pay cut this December which the Interim Government had deducted.
PSC's Permanent Secretary, Taina Tagicakibau said a directive has already been sent to the Finance Ministry for the one percent to be paid out.
Meanwhile, Tagicakibau said talks with the Unions on the restoration of the other four percent will be conducted soon.
