Cikobia Island needs food ration-Ratu Epeli
According to Interim Minister for Provincial Development, Ratu Epeli Ganilau said three out of the four villages were badly affected and adds that the need right now for the island is emergency rations.

The Tropical Cyclone warning for Katafaga, Vatoa, Ogea, Fulaga, Namuka, Tuvuca and Kabara has now been cancelled.
The Centre of Tropical Cyclone Daman is located at about 85 kilometres to the East of Lakeba or 135 kilometres Northeast of Kabara as at 1pm today. Close to the centre, the cyclone is estimated to have average winds up to 75 kilometres per hour with momentary gusts of up to 100 kilometres per hour.
For Oneata, Moce, Komo and nearby smaller islands, you may experience damaging gale force winds of 65 kilometres an hour with momentary gusts to 100 kilometres per hour.
