A church denomination has been ordered to pay a sum of $172,505.22 as outstanding fees for services provided by Quantity Surveyors, in respect to the building of a place of worship known as the World Harvest Centre at Kinoya, Nasinu.

High Court Judge Justice Thomas Hickie ordered that the church has to pay the surveyors within 28 days, as outstanding fees have mounted up inclusive of interest since July, 2008.

The plaintiff Williams Associates Limited which provided the service to church as Quantity Surveyors filed a writ of summons and statement of claim on the 16th of March, 2004, which has resulted in the outstanding fees.

The defendants included five senior church ministers including Reverend Suliasi Kurulo, who are trustees for Fiji of the Christian Mission Fellowship.
