The Methodist Church of Fiji will use its annual church conference next week to inform it members on the churches stance against the draft Peoples Charter.

Assistant General Secretary Reverend Tuikilakila Waqairatu had made it clear that the Church Christian Citizenship Social Services will be responsible for making it known to the members about the church's stand on the charter.

Waqairatu said they are also taking into account not to use the conference as a political assembly and he believes the Fiji Military Force should understand that the church is concerned about its members and that is the reason they want the Charter to be discussed in the meeting.
