A significant meeting is expected to take place at the Queen Elizabeth Barracks this afternoon when the Methodist Church of Fiji ministers meet with the interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama.

The Methodist Church leaders are expected to meet at 10 o’clock this morning before they meet with Commodore Bainimarama this afternoon.

When contacted this morning, President of the Methodist Church of Fiji, Reverend Laisiasa Ratabacaca said he is unsure who called the meeting and he cannot confirm whether he will attend this afternoon's meeting.

It is understood that some of the Methodist Church ministers had requested for an audience with the interim Prime Minister to hear from him on his plans to move the nation forward.
