It’s a Christmas wish come true!!
This is what 47 year old father of four Peniona Qoro of Nadi described what it felt like winning $30,000 after scratching a Paradise Island scratch ticket this morning in Namaka.
Qoro said he was just getting over receiving news of a delay in a request for funds to help get through Christmas, and walked into the Namaka Lotto outlet to try his luck when the unbelievable happened.
Qoro thanked God for the win and said he has been struggling throughout the year, and considers the win a true blessing.
