"Christmas is not only important to Christians, but is also a time when those of many different faiths can come together."
These were the words of the President Jioji Konrote who stressed in his Christmas message that Christmas is a time of fellowship and merrymaking with family members and friends.
Konrote says it is also a time to reach out to the less fortunate through sharing, giving, visiting, talking or just praying for someone.
Konrote has also made a call to all Fijians to denounce all forms of domestic violence and sexual assault.
