Christmas is incomplete without a Christmas cake.
To encourage women to show their skills and win some cash for Christmas, Legend FM's sister radio station Radio Sargam is running a Christmas cake competition.
Radio personality Noor Jahan explained the importance of this competition as three mothers will be given cash prizes today.
Jahan said entries are also coming from the west while some of the criteria for winning the competition is the use of locally produced ingredients, how healthy it is and how it has been displayed.
First prize is $300 cash, runner up gets $200 and third prize is $100 while 10 consolation prizes will also be given to the winners.
Also, Legend FM's other sister station Viti FM is holding a Christmas pudding competition which will be drawn today.
