National Children’s Day gives the children a voice.
Susana Koroi, a class 8 student of Tacirua Primary, said the day is a special one for the children of her school especially for her as the common trend is for parents to abandon children.
Meanwhile, Class 1 student Noreen Lal said it was an exciting day for her today.
Many schools around the country organized special activities for the children today to mark Children’s Day.
