The Land Transport Authority is asking parents to keep an eye on their children when travelling in vehicles after a child fell out of a moving vehicle on Thomson street in Suva yesterday afternoon.
According to bystanders, the child was not injured as she got up and ran after the vehicle before it stopped and picked her up.
LTA's Media Liaison Officer Ratu Eroni Volavola said parents need to know where to safely seat their children, and to make use of the child locks present in car doors.
