Super Rugby winning coach Dave Rennie has announced that the Chiefs will again use a dual captaincy system for the 2013 season.

Rennie has confirmed that Craig Clarke and Liam Messam will both share the captaincy duties as they did in 2012.

Rennie said they are both top blokes who complement each other, work hard and bring a different skill set to the side.

The Chiefs will play a pre-season trial in Taupo tomorrow against the Highlanders.

The Super rugby season starts on the 15th of this month.
