The defending Super Rugby champion Chiefs have made just one change to the starting lineup to face the Brumbies in the playoffs in the Australian capital.

Dwayne Sweeney starts at fullback in place of Tom Marshall who moves to the bench.

The Chiefs, who finished fifth in 2014, are chasing a historic third Super Rugby title in a row.

Chiefs co-captain Liam Messam said this is do or die time for them.

He said they have a lot of belief in their group and they need to convert that into their performance on the field tomorrow.

The Brumbies will host the Chiefs at 9.40pm tomorrow while the Sharks will host the Highlanders at 3.05am Sunday.
