Chiefs hooker Hika Elliot has been suspended for one week for a dangerous charge in the Chiefs 12‑11 loss to the Sharks in Duban.
Sanzar Duty Judicial Officers have accepted a guilty plea from Elliot after he was sent off in their Super Rugby match over the weekend.
Meanwhile, Springbok and Sharks hooker Bismarck du Plessis has been slapped with a four week suspension for kicking Chiefs No.8 Michael Leitch in the head.
The Chiefs face the Cheetahs at 3.30pm Saturday while the Sharks face Western Force at 3.05am Sunday.
