Although it’s the last round of the competition, there will be no love lost when the Blues host the Chiefs tonight.
The Chiefs have already qualified for the playoffs but last weekend’s humiliating 43-15 defeat to the Crusaders came at a huge cost, as they relinquished their spot at the top of the table to the Bulls.
Finishing in pole position in the standings will be hugely significant as it guarantees the team a home semifinal and a home final during the playoffs.
The Blues and Chiefs match kicks off at 7.35pm while at 9.40 the Waratahs meet the Reds.
