Chiefs claim convincing win

Defending Super Rugby Champions Chiefs claimed a convincing 36-14 win over the Highlanders in their preseason warm-up match yesterday.

Fijian born Asaeli Tikoirotuma scored a try to help Chiefs thrash the Highlanders.  

Meanwhile in other warm up matches, Brumbies claimed a narrow 20-18 win over the Western Force, Hurricanes edged Crusaders 27-26, Cheetahs also edged the Stormers 27-26, Bulls beat the Lions 38-32 while the Reds won against the Blues 41-35.

Super Rugby starts on the 15th of this month.
