Chelsea led 4-0 in the first half and scored another two goals in the second half.
Chelsea had won the first leg against Stamford Bridge by 1-0.
They have secured a place at Wembley on 25th February, and will face Liverpool or Fulham, after the second leg semi-final on Wednesday.
