A prominent businessman of Labasa is claiming that Interim Finance Minister Mahendra Chaudhry has been told to vacate his office before the end of this month.
According to Charan Jeath Singh, due to non-performance, Interim Prime Minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama handed him a letter of termination last Tuesday.
When Fijivillage contacted Chaudhry, he said the claims made by Singh were all false and refused to comment further.
