Suva Lawyer, Rajendra Chaudhry is taking the Fiji Sports Council Chairman to Court after the Council failed to pay the legal fees incurred by Chaudhry while fighting his case against FICAC.

According to Chaudhry the cost's amounted to $5600 and he should have been paid as he was a Board member of the Council when FICAC laid charges against him.

Chaudhry also confirmed that the defendants in the case will also include Interim Sports Minister, Filipe Bole as he had directed the Sports Council to stop the payment.
